Alder says the survey will ascertain specifics about the number and types of wellness programs, as well as how many other employers are considering implementing them.

"A major purpose of the survey is to help employers become aware of the importance of worksite wellness," adds Alder.

The 10-minute survey includes questions related to wellness programs, along with strategies that employers put into practice to promote healthier employee living. Participants will receive a published report about the employer programs.
